Blogging has always peaked my interest. It's like a mix between Twitter and running your own website (for those of you wondering, no, I don't have a Twitter). Here, there are no character limits, no fees, and not a lot of trolls running around commenting "first" and "do you wanna know how to get rid of all your debt? [sketchy website address]." It's like the porridge that's just right in Goldilocks. Although, I've never had porridge. Hm, what if it doesn't taste as great as it sounds? Oh well, all analogies break down at some point.
Anyway, I've gotten off track. Blogging is a unique way of expressing oneself. For instance, there is a writing aspect to it (duh). There are very few medium in which you can write lengthy articles and have people read them. Additionally, there can be an artistic side to blogging. Just look at all the blogs dedicated to photography, digital artwork, or painting. There is also a social aspect because you can interact with the authors of most blogs in a way that you can't do with Twitter or TV.
This post sounded a lot like a report. I've been in school too long... when's the next break?
Best Wishes! -Richie
